Shopping Challenge in Bangkok

From June 30 til July 3, I was away to Bangkok, Thailand for another assignment. This time around fun & exciting event : Amazing Thailand Grand Sale - Shopping Challange 2009. I took media & DJ from local radio station to covered the event which also the participants for the challenge. Supposedly 2 teams to represent Malaysia but minor hiccup left us with only 1 team to compete in this compeitition.

Malaysia Team represent by : Ms Juliana Cheah - Publisher of Golf Magazine, Mr Kee Hua Chee - writer for the Prestige Magazine & Ms Maryanne Raymond - DJ from TRAXXfm & me as a Cameraman. Actually, our team is the most exciting team to watch, full of drama, "fun quarell" & loudest among the contestants. Our goal to win the Grand Prize : Baht100,000 ( approx. RM10,000) which we did it!

About 11 countries from Asian & 22 teams participated in this first ever Shopping Challenge organised by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Celebrities,journalist,artistes, DJs & model among the 55 contestants.

Minggu lepas balik Sungai Petani...ada urusan....sambil itu ambil kesempatan melawat Pantai Merdeka.. kali ni dengan Kak Ani, Kak Izah, Kak Normah, Kak Dah, Abang Ariff & anak-anak. Apa lagi, pekena mi udang...memang sedap....harga RM7 sepinggan tapi berbaloi...udang banyak & sedaaappp...

KL International Cultural Tourism Festival 2009

KL International Cultural Tourism Festival 2009 was held at Central Market Kuala Lumpur from 5-7 June 2009. The vibrant show participated by an exciting line-up of lively & colurful traditional & contemporary dance performaces from countries namely Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand,Japan, Brazil, Singapore & India.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand been invited to displayed,distributed & promoted Thailand to visitors by providing brochures, flyers & Thai Traditional Massage demonstration.

Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan

Sabtu, 30 Mei 2009 - "Kami" bercuti ke Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. ("Kami" - Abg Arif, Kak Dah & family, Acu & family, Abg Din & Kak Ani, Ngah & family, ayah & me). Sesaja ambil kesempatan cuti sekolah yang baru bermula dan Abg Arif & Kak Dah yang turun KL. Menginap di Tiara Beach Resort, Telok Kemang,PD, fokus kepada anak-anak. Let them have all the fun!

Apa-apa pun, dapat berkumpul dengan family selalunya memang meriah dengan gosip terkini, ketawa, makan dan sembang-sembang....Moga peluang seperti ini akan selalu ada...Insya ALLAH, lain kali bercuti & santai lagi.
